Greetings, my fellow WoW enthusiasts!
Today, I wanted to share my latest adventures in Azeroth, specifically in the world of classical engineering. Now, I know what you’re thinking – “But wait, isn’t that skillset outdated and useless now?” And yes, while it may not be effective in combat, let me tell you, it’s still a heck of a good time.
For example, have you ever seen an Exploding Sheep in action? It’s both hilarious! I mean, what better way to take out a group of enemies than with a fluffy ball of wool that goes boom?

Now, to level up my classical engineering skills, I needed to collect a stack of medium leather. And instead of taking the easy route and just buying it off the auction house, I decided to set myself a challenge – to farm 50 Medium Leather myself. And where did I decide to do this? The Crystalvein Mines in Stranglethorn Vale, of course! There are a ton of basilisks close to each other that have light through heavy leather, but mostly medium.
And let me tell you, it was a quick one, but I still felt like a true jungle predator, stalking and killing beasts. And as if that wasn’t enough, I even managed to increase my Druid’s classic skinning level in the process.

Now, I know what you’re thinking – “But wait, did you max out your classic engineering level?” And the answer is no, I didn’t. I’m still a bit far off. But that’s not the point. The point is that by setting a simple goal and sticking to it, I was able to increase my profession levels on a few different characters, all while having a blast and before my morning coffee.
So, my fellow adventurers, I encourage you to take a page out of my book and try out some of the more unconventional ways of playing the game. Set yourself goals, explore new areas, and don’t be afraid to have a little fun along the way. And who knows, you might just discover a new appreciation for those “outdated” professions.
Until next time, happy hunting!
